Ordering Information

Credit:
Non-Rated New Accounts: Acceptable payable terms are money order, certified check or company check (allow 7 days for shipment). Please send full credit information and references, and allow time for approval (approximately 30 to 90 days).

Rated New Accounts: Standard terms upon credit approval.

Prices:
All terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. Bernville, PA. Terms are Net 15 days, unless otherwise specified, and must be in writing.

Ordering Information:
In order to process your order as fast as possible, please make sure to include the following information.

• Quantity ordered
  
• Description - such as size and color
  
• Complete customer information: "Bill To" and "Shipping Address"
• Complete customer information: "Date Requested"
  
• Method of transportation
  
• Purchase order number
  
• Signature of person placing order
  

Phone Orders:
John Kramer's Fabrications, Inc. accepts phone orders as a service to meet customer needs. However, a purchase order marked "CONFIRMATION" must follow immediately. Duplicate orders not marked "CONFIRMATION" are the responsibility of the customer.

Acknowledgments:
All orders will be acknowledged. Orders will be accepted, manufactured and invoiced based upon the information and terms on the acknowledgment. If there is any discrepancy, please notify our customer service department immediately.

Changes and Cancellations:
Orders may not be changed or canceled without John Kramer's Fabrications, Inc. written consent. John Kramer's Fabrications, Inc. may not accept changes if an order is in progress and material or product is made. John Kramer's Fabrications, Inc. will consent to a change or cancellation on an order with an additional charge for all costs involved, if any, in making the change. Acknowledgment of order changes will be sent to the customer.

Shipment of Goods:
Shipments will be prepaid, added to your invoice and sent by carrier of our choice unless customer specifies otherwise.
